At first, I wasn’t thrilled about this project, to be honest. Gardening has never been my thing, but as I watched my peers enthusiastically get their hands dirty and eagerly anticipate the growth of the plants, I began to feel that I might enjoy this more than I initially thought. It’s a perfect example of how being around others’ excitement and shared experiences can change our perspectives and open us up to new interests.
